SIM card Activation and Usage

How do I activate my SIM card?

Go to keepgo.com/activate and enter your SIM card ICCID and your email address.

Where can I find my SIM card serial number (ICCID)?

You will be able to locate the serial number of your SIM card on the back of your SIM card.

What does Keepgo SIM 3-in-1 Kit include?

Can I get a Micro or a Nano SIM card?

Yes. You have a Nano SIM card with the adapter set for Micro and Standard SIM card sizes.

Will I be able to make calls using Keepgo Smartwatch Data SIM card?

With Keepgo Smartwatch Data SIM card, you will be able to make calls using popular VoIP platforms like Skype or Viber. You will not be able to make regular phone calls.

Configure APN:

Menu -> Settings -> Connect -> Mobile network -> APNs

  • Create new APN
  • Name: keepgo
  • APN: internet.keepgo.com
  • Leave password and username blank.
  • Save settings.

Then go back to "Mobile network" and check "Data roaming" check box.

Configure APN:

Menu -> Settings -> Connect -> Cellular networks -> Access point names

  • Create new APN
  • Name: keepgo
  • APN: internet.keepgo.com
  • Leave password and username blank.
  • Save settings.

Then go back to "Cellular networks" and switch on "Data roaming" and "Data enable".

APN will be configured automatically once you've activated your SIM card at keepgo.com/activate and inserted it into your smartwatch.

Incompatible devices

Unfortunately you are unable to use Smartwatch Data SIM card with following devices:

  • Devices running Android Wear OS
  • Devices in which is impossible to switch on mobile data roaming mode
  • Devices in which set APN manually is disabled.

Subscription

How do I purchase or extend my Keepgo Smartwatch Data SIM card subscription?

You simply purcase a subscription whenever you run low. We will send you an alert via email and/or text message when your data balance falls below 250Mb, 100Mb, reaches 0Mb or subscription expiry date is close. You can purcase or extend you subscription manually on Keepgo website or via Keepgo App.

What forms of payment can I use to purchase or extend a subscription?

You can use Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) to purchase or extend your subscription. We also accept payments via iDEAL (for our Dutch customers).

Will my Keepgo Smartwatch Data SIM card expire after usage?

Your Keepgo Smartwatch Data SIM card will never expire. You can use it for all your future trips.

What is the validity period of my subscription?

Your data will be valid for 1 year from the moment of your last subscription purchase.

How can I check expiration date of my subscription and remaining data balance?

Go to keepgo.com/balance . Enter your SIM card ICCID and then click Continue.

Does Keepgo assure 100% coverage in the area I am traveling to?

Keepgo collaborates with the major carriers worldwide to make sure that you receive the best connection available to you. Most of the largely populated areas have great cellular signal and your mobile device will work without any disruptions. However, there is a number of factors that can prevent you from getting good mobile coverage.

You may be able to get weak or no signal due to limitation in topography (the surroundings), network architecture (the location of cellular antennae) and capacity (the number of callers communicating in the area at given time). If you have concern regarding the coverage in the area you are traveling to, please get in touch with our customer support in advance. Additionally you may visit the internet websites that list dead spots organized by service providers and location.
