Refund payments will be made using the same payment method (i.e. Credit Card or PayPal) used to make the initial purchase.
Data SIM
If you wish to discontinue the service after you started using the data, you may request to cancel your connection and receive a partial/prorated refund for the remainder of your data balance.
All cancellation/refund request must be submitted in writing either via fax, email or online chat and are subject to a 10% processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

This policy does not apply to cellular services that have been terminated due to violation of Keepgo Terms of Service.
Mobile Hotspot
You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 14 days of its receipt. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
